Three Generations

One of the most common phrases in agriculture is: “That’s the way we’ve always done it.”

The instinct is understandable. Few professions carry a stronger identity than farming. There is much to learn from the practices passed down, so deference is naturally the default.

But among the generational farms we work with, the greatest inheritance is not a specific practice. It’s a standard. It’s a relentless focus on raising yields and a commitment to improving every season.

That’s the strongest tradition we see with our growers. The tools change. The discipline, care and pursuit of better results do not.
